Chad is an RYT-200 instructor who studied multidisciplinary yoga (vinyasa, meditation, pranayamas, etc.) as a freshman in college. He started teaching yoga in Fall of 2014 for the University of Maryland and now teaches part-time while working for the federal government. He loves giving students a gentle tug to leave the workplace in the workplace and just be on the mat so that the work of self-care can get done. Chad enjoys sharing classes that are full of juicy smiles, cheesy jokes, and plenty of opportunities to play with yoga postures in a mindful and safe space. Students can expect classes catered to their skill and comfort levels. Chad usually plays music in class and may or may not be spotted dancing if you peek up from down-dog.
