Debi, E-RYT 200, started practicing yoga 14 years ago when she was pregnant with her first child. It made such a positive impression on her both physically and mentally that she continued exploring yoga. After trying the Anussara, Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa styles, Debi decided to focus on Vinyasa. She is thrilled to be able to help others discover the amazing benefits that yoga can offer. Yoga has become part of who she is and she feels at home and at peace while practicing. When her students also feel that way, she will know that she has made a real difference. Debi also has over 17 years of alternative health experience working for a company that produced cutting edge health content, nutritional supplements, organic foods, and natural skin care products. She continues to consult in that arena and loves to share healthy lifestyle tips with her students.
