Jan, E-RYT500 has been a fitness and yoga instructor for over 30 years. Jan fell in love with the practice of Yoga when her mother took her to her first class in 2004 . Since then, she has been a devout student of the practice of Yoga. She received her 200 hour certification in 2006, her 500 hour certification in 2015 and studied Comprehensive Yoga Therapy at The Yogalife Institute in 2017.
She continues to find passion for the study of Yoga and meditation daily. Her passion for teaching yoga stemmed from the effect yoga has had meeting challenges in her own life while maintaining focus, clarity, and balance. Everyday she is reminded of how powerful the practice can be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually and has devoted her life to helping others capture this, even in the smallest of ways through the practice of Yoga.
