Jessica Snow

Jessica Snow (RYT-200) first came to the mat in August of 2003. After experiencing the freedom in body, mind, and spirit that is found through yoga, the only way to truly dive is deeper… so she did. For Jessica, it was a 200-hour teacher training program with Kim Manfredi Blades that set the foundation for a strong, alignment-based flow practice. With continuing education consisting of over 100 hours in Aerial Yoga, a 300-hour five-element based advanced yoga teacher training, nearly 500 hours of study in Polarity Therapy, and a consistent exploration of herbalism through the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine, Jessica has come to know that the power to heal belongs to each individual, by and for themselves, and often with the aid of many guides! Her current practice is relearning everything that she thought she knew, through the eyes of her child.

In Jessica’s mat-based classes, you can expect an alignment centered flow in the melody of the breath that is suitable to all levels of practice. From the silks, Jessica aims to create ease in movement that results in liberation for the body/mind while balancing challenge and safety in a way that leaves you with a sense of empowerment. Prepare to release connective tissue, receive gratitude, and experience joy in the practice together, whether rooted together on earth or connecting in flight.
