Here are some things you should know before visiting extendYoga:

  • We strongly recommend that you sign up for class online before you arrive.
  • We offer heated/not heated classes. Choose the one that is right for you!
  • If you are taking “heated” or “hot” classes or tend to sweat a lot, please bring a towel (help protect our floors and avoid anyone slipping!).  We have rental towels available for $2.
  • You do not need to be flexible/athletic to attend our classes. Don’t stress, have fun, and enjoy your time.
  • Please let your instructor know if you have any injuries or concerns before class begins.
  • You will be asked on your first visit to fill out a waiver and information sheet. This information is confidential.
  • Eat lightly and hydrate properly. Give yourself an hour to digest any food and make sure to drink water before and after class (especially for heated classes).
  • You will want to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move with out constriction.
  • Please be respectful of everyone’s mat and personal space.
  • Leave your shoes, socks and all your belongings in the changing room or cubbies.
  • Classes may be in session when you arrive; be mindful and keep your voice low.
  • ABSOLUTELY no cell phones in the studio (even if they are off).  If you need to make or take a call before/after class, please do so outside.
  • Bring a mat and towel to class (we offer mat and towel rentals for $2 each).
  • Bring water with you (we have water fountains).
  • Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
  • Not sure where to start?  We’ve got a great New Student Special ($20, 2 weeks unlimited classes), so you can try a bunch of different classes/teachers.
