Linda’s classes create a safe space for you to pause and “be” in a world that is constantly asking you to “do.”  You will be led to connect with your breath, body, and heart with curiosity, openness, and acceptance of the present moment through asana and meditation.  Linda developed a deep appreciation for Tara Brach’s teachings and the practice of mindfulness meditation in 2009 during her father’s terminal illness and later, working through her own depression after his death. She has since participated in numerous mindfulness meditation and yoga courses, programs and retreats. Linda is a Mindfulness Based Life Coach through the Maryland University of Integrative Health, participated in the 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training at Flow Yoga Center, is Level I iRest certified, a certified .b mindfulness teacher and an Affiliate Teacher of the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.

She is the founder of Rooted In Bliss in North Bethesda, where she offers private coaching, mindfulness, Reiki, and yoga sessions. Learn more about Linda’s offerings at:
