🌱Flow Fundamentals (level 1)

This class focuses on the alignment of the most common asanas (poses), you might experience in a Vinyasa style practice. If you’re a beginner, haven’t learned the mechanics of poses, or need a refresher– this is a great class for you! This is a progression class that builds from week to week, but feel free to pop in anytime as there will still be value in even just one class. In addition to a slower approach, you will also learn some of the many additional tools yoga has to offer! This is an excellent introduction for new students and also great for the intermediate/experienced student looking to fine tune their practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures.

🌱Gentle Vinyasa (level 1+)

If you want a gentle way to learn about yoga, this class is for you! In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, students will learn the benefits of yoga, incorporating basic yoga asana (postures), proper breathing, relaxation, and de-stressing techniques. This is an excellent introduction for new students as well as for the more experienced student looking to fine tune their practice by revisiting the foundations of yoga. Also perfect for students with injuries or limitations. Beginners welcome – no prior experience needed!

🌱Restorative Yoga

This is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of just a few restful poses. These poses require little or no muscular exertion. Without the distraction of constant movement and muscle engagement, you’ll have the opportunity to fully stretch and release tension in the body. Practitioners are often supported with props (bolsters, blankets, straps) to deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation. Leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished; with a new cultivated awareness.

🌱Repped – Inclusive Yoga Series

It is our sacred duty to make yoga accessible and welcoming for all. We are committed to fostering a culture of inclusion and equity in our community. “Repped” classes celebrate underrepresented and underserved communities and are led by and will center members of these communities. It’s a time for practitioners to celebrate and recharge in a space dedicated to themselves and their unique experiences. Allies and friends are welcome to join in practice, in joy, and in unity. Check here for full class description and to view the current series & community focus.

Flow from one posture to the next but at a slower pace with plenty of time and space to get in and out of postures. Enjoy this beautifully paced class!

Flow + Let Go

In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. Class will end with ~15 minutes of relaxation… that’s the “let go” part. This portion of class may include pranayama / breathwork, restorative and other relaxing postures.

While there will be inversions and arm balances, the only prerequisite is an established yoga practice. You don’t have to do anything but be willing to try what feels right for you! The room will intentionally be “warmed up” to ~82-85 degrees.

🌡️Heated Ashtanga Vinyasa (led Half Primary)

A traditional approach to the Vinyasa yoga style. Like a Vinyasa class, each movement is synchronized with breath.
