Danielle (she/her) came to the yoga practice at the cusp of her entry into college through the magic of dvd’s and college yoga classes. It wasn’t until 2015, after developing a consistent practice, that she understood the many modalities of yoga and the numerous benefits the practice has to offer. She believes that yoga is a gift that can be introduced and catered to every person at any age with any body type. She loves sharing the gift of yoga with others, so they can reap the benefits as well. Her mission as an instructor is to help others learn how to take postures that feel good in their bodies and cultivate a practice to they can build on throughout their life time.
