Teacher

I started practicing yoga ten years ago after I had my fourth child.  At first, I just “needed a minute” to myself, but my time on my mat opened my eyes to how yoga soothes, challenges, strengthens, humbles and encourages slowing down. Although an instructor, I consider myself a student first.  My intention when teaching is to allow others the space to feel, be seen and supported, and get curious and maybe even be surprised with a creative yet foundational flow that shifts between strength and ease, flexibility, intentional movement and mindfulness. Expect to move and breathe and listen to an eclectic playlist. When I’m not practicing yoga, you can find me lost in a good book, weight training, riding my Peloton or on the sideline cheering my kids on.
