I started practicing yoga after I had my fourth child and I needed “just a minute” to myself. Ten years later, as a student and teacher, I still love how yoga makes me feel—soothed, challenged, strong, and humbled. When I’m not practicing yoga, I enjoy walking my dog and losing myself in a good book. And when I’m not doing those activities or grocery shopping, you will find me driving my kids to their sports practices while listening to rap and yacht rock.
